1. Account & Access
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Access is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized sharing of course materials.
2. Payment & Refunds
All purchases are final after 14 days from enrollment. Refunds are granted only for technical issues preventing course access, at our sole discretion. Contact [email protected] within the refund window to request review.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, or use our curriculum for commercial training without written permission. No scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling of access credentials is permitted.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, exercises, and source code provided in the catalog, remains the property of Radiant Lake Code Studio. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal learning only.
5. Limitation of Liability
Radiant Lake Code Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered accounts.
